Association Records

Rules & Policies

The current set of rules and policies adopted by the Board

This page is the Association's single current set of Board-adopted rules and policies, each shown with the date it was adopted or last amended. It sits below the Charter, the By-Laws, and the Restrictive Covenants, and cannot override any of them.

The website copy is provided for reference and access. For a rule that binds members, posting here does not by itself replace the mailing or handout required by By-Laws Article IV, Section 2. A paper or emailed copy of anything on this page is available at no charge to any owner, tenant, or managing agent who asks — just contact the Board.

Poles, Lines, and the Corridor

The Association maintains vegetation in the road corridor. The utility companies remain responsible for their own poles, lines, and the clearances around them. If you see a pole or line that needs attention, report it to the utility directly, and let the Board know as well so we can follow up.
