The Maui Ranch Estates Owners' Association Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the 4th Marine Division Memorial Park (Giggle Hill), Kokomo Road, Ha'ikū.
The meeting did not reach a quorum, so no binding action was taken. Road maintenance, the budget, and a possible dues increase were discussed, and the dues question was left open. Officer elections are held by the Board rather than the membership, and were carried to a later Board meeting.
